In the Philippines the school giving up ratio, due to economical reasons, is very high.

By using scholarships (SCL scholarships ) and some other interventions in cooperation with local schools, the target to prevent some more children from wandering about in the streets, is more than real.

For children pre-schools, the interventions are wider, including even our teachers’ and Country officers’ visiting people in their own houses, in their own families.
